USAID roundtable

IBLF Global participates in the launch of two new US Presidential Initiatives

16 March 2023

Brook Horowitz, CEO of IBLF Global attended a roundtable organised by the U.S. Department of State and USAID to launch two new Presidential Initiatives to encourage public-private cooperation in the fight against corruption.

The Global Initiative to Galvanize the Private Sector as Partners to Combat Corruption (GPS) and the Countering Transnational Corruption (CTC) Grand Challenge are two Presidential Initiatives aiming to create a space for the private and public sectors to work together to build trust, share challenges and solutions, and work collaboratively for a holistic approach to promoting compliance, business integrity and ethics.

We hope our partners in the private sector will join IBLF Global in supporting these initiatives. They present a great opportunity for companies (not just the biggest US multinationals but companies large and small from all over the world) to share and learn about how they are changing the culture of business within their own operations and deep into their supply chains and markets.

Here's more information about the US Government's Call to the Private Sector to Advance Democracy, how to get involved in the CTC Grand Challenge, and in the GPS.
