IBLF Global and GovRisk Organise Seminars on Public Procurement Reform in Kyrgyz Republic

IBLF Global led a mission to Bishkek for the implementation of the first phase of the EBRD project “Kyrgyz Republic: Facilitating the participation of small and medium enterprises in public tenders conducted on the electronic public procurement system”. Our team of international consultants, including Chris Yukins, Professor in Government Procurement Law and Co-Director of the Government Procurement Law Program at George Washington University (pictured), and Tato Urjumelashvili, a leading expert on public procurement delivered seminars on legal reform and e-procurement structures at the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic. They were joined by the local team of consultants Tuloberdi Isaev, Manasbek Zhakshybaev and Kanat Moldokulov, and project co-leader Dominic Le Moignan of GovRisk.
